The Blue Room Standards
In-House Policy
All customers will be subject to a security search prior to entry. Security personnel reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items before allowing access to the premises.
Blue Room Bar and the property owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. By entering and dining with us, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded and may appear in photos or videos used on our social media and promotional platforms.
A valid government-issued ID showing proof of age (21+) is required for entry.
Guest
Reservations for parties of 8 guests or fewer must be made through Resy. For larger gatherings, please contact us by email or phone during business hours to arrange your reservation.
An in-house gratuity of 20% will automatically be added to all parties. Guests are welcome to add an additional personal tip for their server at their discretion.
Payment
Blue Room Bar accepts cash and chip-enabled credit or debit cards only. We do not accept Apple Pay, checks, American Express, or Cash App.
All card transactions must be accompanied by a valid ID that matches the name on the card.
For large parties, a maximum of two cards may be used for payment.
Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
Food Quality & Time
Guests are expected to arrive on time for all reservations. Each reservation allows 90 minutes from the time your party is seated. A 15-minute grace period will be provided; however, if your party does not arrive within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled and any deposit may be forfeited.
To ensure seating, all members of your party must be present. While we will make every effort to accommodate you if possible, seating cannot be guaranteed after a reservation has been canceled.
Please note that once a dish or drink has been prepared and served, it cannot be removed from your bill based solely on personal taste preferences. Our team works diligently to ensure every item meets high standards of quality and is prepared accurately according to the menu description. Items that are correctly prepared and served as ordered will be charged accordingly.
